Well to be honest, this organisation is not good at all as a developer role, They were called me sharp 12 pm, so I reached at time, but then they say to wait, so I waited first half an hour, then one member is giving me a bunch of 4 to 5 pgs of paper. That paper generally contains some sections like: Aptitude Problems(Easy level), then Role related Problems like access modifiers, and database related problems, like difference b/w drop and truncate etc. then at last , company policy is written there, and the resume attached to it. I have solved all those problem within 20 to 30 minutes, then I need to submit those papers at reception, this was generally an aptitude round, then one another member come and take me to system, then they open typemaster, to check my typing speed, well I have good typing speed of 50+Wpm but they have very bad improper keyboard that were not pressed easy, so overall I get arround 23 Wpm, I was shock , like how it is possible, then they again send me to a waiting area, there were also 4 to 5 candidate are there, but I came first, submit aptitude round first, then performing typing speed first, which I never understand, why are they taking test, then after typing test they send me to a waiting area to wait. Now after a long waiting of 2 hours. Like nearly 3PM, Manager calls to me for the interview.
Interviews was good, and I cleared every type of questions in proper response and I'm complete English. Somewhere he got impressed , they generally asked the question from the aptitude round, like how u have solved these problem, what logic u used here, then they asked mostly about joins, difference b/w inner joins and outer joins, what is the difference between truncate and drop, they generally asked me about my qualification, then about my internship experience and project, then he asked a number pattern question on paper, like in tree form where pattern is of multiple of 2 format and say code it. Well the problem is easy, and I had tried and write some code on paper, but at someend I was getting confused ,so I easy drop that question, so he again asked some questions, which I response it very well, but at last he asked about salary expectation, so based on my experience and project work I was just expecting only about 25k to 30k,so his face expression is completely changed, (i think I may asked more than his capability....). So he said to wait, so again I wait for 20 to 30 minutes,then after one lady member come and say to all,sir has said to go..no need to wait ? I was not expecting that...based on the interview and everything I think I will got selected, but then I don't wait there and come out....so overall from my side it was good ,BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ME....
