Rigorous interview process, several rounds, with HR and then the full team, and then just the hiring manager and then HR again. Claim to be flexible but its 5 days WFO.

Interview
Prospective candidates should note that the organisation requires a candidate to reveal salary history for them to craft an offer (salary expectation numbers are not sufficient, as they need '"proof"). They also do not divulge salary range of the position to candidates in the hiring process despite being asked for this explicitly. One notes that the ILO, European Union, Canada and progressive states in the US have banned such practices because it entrenches wage inequality and disempowers labour. Bonus questionable practice: also said that it was okay for the candidate to breach NDAs/ terms of prior employment contracts because they (HR) wouldn't tell anyone. Rejection email afterwards did not refer to the correct position applied. For an organisation that purports to be progressive and championing a new, better world - very disappointing organisational practices.
