First meet the HR manager for interview, then meet the department head for another interview. The medium of interview is wholly in Cantonese. There was no written test after the interview.
The process took about a week, the HR gave clear instructions, overall it’s a good experience. There is no second interview for my position, and not a lot of bargaining involved.
simple, but they will turn the offer to others immediately once you cannot accept immediately, they just hold the offer to different people just a table of manager chatting with you
