Video interview: Start with self intro and then ask the technical Questions Rude, how is it respectful to video interview without turning on the camera? Not listening to the answers. Started to introduced myself and then he totally missed what I have said and go back to what I have just said in a minute before. Technical questions were not all answered, but for those I have answered, again HE DID NOT LISTEN to it AT ALL. Totally a waste of time. Not even a company worth working for.

So I was scheduled by a recruiter after knowing everything that I am international student and would require sponsorship after 3 years. Successfully cleared all the technical interview rounds with extremely positive feedback and great responses. Suddenly during HR round had questions around my VISA and working status which I cleared right before the interview process started, and the HR round Suddenly ended after the VISA discussion. After 2 days I got the feedback they were not willing to go ahead due to the VISA issue as they were not willing to provide sponsorship for this role, meanwhile I tried explaining them the new Skilled workers visa route in which they won't need to go through the Sponsorship process which they used to be earlier in the Tier 2 system. Really disappointing that if you had such concerns you could have not scheduled the interview and waste both the sides time.
