I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Telecom Consulting (Long Beach, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview is in three rounds and they had a ton of people interviewing at the same time. You meet with different people each time, and the job does not match the description online. It seems like there is a lot of turnover.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Telecom Consulting (Long Beach, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Completely a pyramid scheme where they don't tell you you'll be selling cable packages door to door. They try to make it seem like they're a real company and at the end of the second interview offer you a "job" without getting into any details about benefits, pay, etc. Whole process if very vague and shady. They seem to take in dozens of people for interviews every day and their main source of income must be charging them for parking before they realize its a scam. Anyone who works there and thinks its a legitimate career needs help.

Question 1
What would a previous employer say is your best quality?
Thank you for your feedback about interviewing with Telecom Consulting. We strive to always provide a positive experience to all who join our team. We have never asked any of our employees to purchase items and then resell them as that is the true essence of a pyramid scheme. Within our company, we firmly believe in offering a great opportunity and expect our employees to earn their success. We believe that in order for you to train and manage a team, you have to master the tasks expected for its members. The process is always explained in depth throughout our series of interviews, and therefore we expect our candidates to ask questions and clarifications should they have any. If you wish to provide any further feedback please reach out to our Human Resources Department by emailing hr@telecomconsulting-inc.com.
