Interview
They are asking for money in the name of training. So, I prefer not to join that company. And also, that HR department was demotivating the candidates who were attending the interview.

Interview
I recently had an interview experience for a Software Developer position after clearly mentioning beforehand that I specialize in React.js (frontend development). The company assured me it was fine and encouraged me to attend. However, after the interview, they said my skills were good but insisted I also needed backend knowledge.
They then proposed that I take a course offered by their company, promising that after 3 months, they would evaluate my progress and possibly offer a job or placement through their partner companies. This felt misleading, as it shifted from a job interview to a training sales pitch with no job guarantee.
I respectfully declined, but I’m sharing this to alert others: always verify if the interview is for a genuine job or a course enrollment tactic. Make sure there’s transparency in the hiring process and watch out for vague promises tied to paid training programs.
