Techstars Program Manager interview questions

Recruiter interview for 10mins and then hiring manager 30mins. this was supposed to be followed by a colleague interview. In the end position was frozen but I only heard about it later. Recruiter was not accessible.

After the second interview, the company completely ghosted me, which is unsurprising given the previous comments. The call with the recruiter was pleasant and positive, however, I had a completely different experience with the current program manager. First of all, she was asking literally the same questions as the recruiter did, she also made me feel real quick that I was not suitable for this job (which raises the question of why they even invited me to have a second one)...
