      Pros

      Mission oriented company with an amazing vision and founding principles. Great colleagues in most cases and incredible opportunity to help founders who are really making a difference. A truly purpose-driven place when run well and with humanity and compassion.

      Cons

      Leadership upheaval, leadership without any care or consideration about actual people or employees or the culture. A total ship hitting an iceberg with an environment turned game theory-meets-Nash Equilibrium-meets- game politics. You knew you were being bled out before you were to be dismissed at any moment.
