Right after I applied online I was greeted with an interview from TechRev's operations manager asking when would be a good time to talk on the phone. The phone call took place later that week and I invited to come to their offices for an in person interview. After arriving I was interviewed by both the operations manager and one of the software engineers. They were friendly and personable, clearly exemplifying the family-like culture that exists at this company. After being questioned on more technical topics, the engineer left and I was questioned on basic personal data, before being given a tour and meeting everyone.
