The process started well, with two rigorous technical rounds, where I was asked complex coding and system design problems. I cleared both rounds with positive feedback, and everything seemed to be going smoothly.
However, when it came to the final offer, the company drastically reduced the CTC to just 2 LPA, which was significantly lower than the initial discussion. This last-minute change felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the time and effort I invested in their process.
If the budget was limited, they should have been transparent from the beginning instead of wasting candidates' time with multiple rounds. This kind of approach shows a lack of integrity in their hiring practices.
Verdict: I wouldn’t recommend interviewing here unless you are okay with sudden salary reductions after clearing all rounds.
