Phone interview with a very professional HR guy. Questions were pretty much about situations in which I managed other people of how did I solve problems. This is a wholesale reseller, so most of the questions are from the sales/management point of view.

Video Interview--this process was easy with straight forward questions. Dress formal and have a noise free backgrounds. You will need decent internet connection as well. Video prompt with the questions and you are given a short period to think and then give your answer.
