First interview: phone interview. I have been asked about my expectation about the proposed job and a few technical questions.
Second interview on site. It was a 4 hour assessment interview. Presentation, group activity, simulated phone call, company tour, written assigment.
After the first interview I received an invitation email with a very SHORT notice and the interview has been scheduled during the HOLIDAY season. It has been hard and rather expensive to coordinate the travel (flights/hotel accomodation) over there due to short notice/holiday season.
After a couple of weeks from the second interview I got a nice email, thanks for the nice CHAT at our office ( what a consideration for candidates!!) but we have selected other candidates etc etc.
End of the story: think twice before applying if you don't live nearby, it might turn out to be quite a waste of resources!
