I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Teach for America in Mar 2011
Interview
TFA online application is very streamlined and easy to navigate, their staff are very attentive and well-informed. Though they require a lot from their applicants in terms of paperwork, and deadlines their online application makes it very easy. Phone Interview took no more than 30 minutes, and TFA was very transparent in terms of what to expect from the interview, providing ample resources to prepare. The final interview was long (9:00am-6:00pm), but again very organized and streamlined. I had a good experience with final interview and would go as far as to say I had a good time. Unfortunately, I was not offered a position but overall my experience with TFA was positive.
