I applied online and got an invite that day for a phone interview. I did have an internal employee referral though, so I'm not sure if that's why I heard so quickly. I had my 30 minute phone interview and have yet to hear if I am moving along in the process or not. Questions were based around Core Values and a little about previous work experiences.
