Tea-cup Cottage interview questions

Easy interview with 2 members of the HR team, they really believed that they were supporting a great business. When they realised by experience they were clearly excited and I knew that I had the job before I left the room. Very rushed, easy to get the job. Had to ask them to alter the contract as there was dodgy stuff in there (always read the fine print!), and looking back on the process they just seemed desperate. I later found out there had been a massive turnover in the role I was doing. More than 8 people in 12 months.
