Taylor Hobson interview questions

From the initial application, response was very quick and within 2 days an initial interview was set up. The initial interview was within a week of first applying and it was simple questions, nothing too technical. They said they would response by the start of January, start of February I sent an email to ask for an update to my application with no response. I got a rejected in March. It seems to be very delayed and they don't give updates or responses to emails.
