- recruiter phone call - phone call with the hiring manager - home assignment I took around 2 weeks for hiring a manager to respond back after recruiter sent an introduction email to him. After the phone call, they sent me a home assignment with a question to provide them an ETA and if I have any additional questions to let them know. I sent them a couple of questions related to the task and they responded back after 4 days with an answer, "whatever you decide is better". When I got the answer it was too late, I was already done with the task and sent it back to them. After that, I got no feedback even they said 2-3 days. This company just lost my time!
