Tanduay Distillers interview questions

Straight forward. Started with Human Resource personnel, then hiring manager, then Vice-President. All was scheduled for the day and in my opinion. It works as beneficial for the applicant and sets them to be mentally too for the day.

Initial Interview with HR, Next is Examination. Then they will call you again for an interview with the Plant Manager, Assistant Manager, and the Department Head of the position you are applying. If you pass, then they will call you about the status of your application.
