A multi-stage interview process that is fairly standard for engineering manager positions. The quality was high, the process was well organised and communication was great. The recruiter also gave me feedback after each interview including the interview notes which was very nice.

Interview
I applied online in May. A recruiter reached out following that and had a conversation about the different interview rounds. The process was supposed to start in 2 weeks but never materialized as the recruiter ghosted. I haven’t heard back anything after even after two timed follow ups. My application shows to be in process but no communication has happened yet. I saw the same job has been reposted again. Very poor experience.
