I was reached out to on LinkedIn as a viable candidate for a role. Had a screening with the recruiter, meeting with hiring manager, and meeting with CRO. I was given a detailed outline of each step of the interview, but the interviewers did not follow this outline. There were a total of 7 interviews required. My last interview was a surprise reverse interview. Was told weeks later that they changed the role and I am no longer a viable candidate.
