The process was chilling! They asked about your personality, why you applied, and some technical questions for the course. Also, if you had previous experience in tutoring, what were the diffuculties
Dit was een heel kort gesprek aangezien ze duidelijk mensen nodig hadden. Nadat ze doorhadden dat ik gewoon normaal kon communiceren werd mij medegedeeld dat ik de volgende dag kon beginnen.

One interview conversation. Standard questions: weaknesses, strenghts, how many hours per week are you available, why do you want to be a student assistant. What is your motivation. What would you do in this situation? How do you motivate people in a team? What kind of added value can you bring to the team?
