First, you apply with documents such as your CV, motivation letter, and transcript. Then, if selected, you are invited to a selection week held at a holiday park. There, you are expected to work with the team to solve a real business problem and present your solution together as a group.
I applied online. I interviewed at TU/e (Eindhoven) in Sept 2024
Interview
Online interview and followed a campus visit, it is a very standard process and no surprise. The communication is very clear and both facuties and staff are friendly. However, one thing to notice is that Eindhoven is a very busy city and so getting a house or apartment can be quite difficult due to availability and also high costs.
Two rounds --first a short background/motivation interview with a postdoc or professor, and then a presentation of a recent project (I presented my master's thesis). In the first interview they only mentioned they would be asking about my motivations but then also asked me about technical details, so be prepared I guess.
