CV selection eliminates majority of candidates before proceeding to an interview. Interviewed by two members of management 1. Program coordinator - member with strong industrial background 2. Scientific coordinator - member with strong scientific and academic background (usually professor) Questions asked about 1. Review and describe master thesis - one's speciality 2. Personality - especially working in a team 3. Goal and future aspirations - how the Doctorate help to achieve those goals Selection criteria is high.
