Interview
* The process took 4-5 weeks
* Was reached out by a recruiter. They knew my capabilities beforehand. Had a call with the recruiter and the hiring manager basically touching upon behavioral questions.
* Was denied moving further in the process because they wanted someone working for bigger companies.
* The company's clearly demonstrated not knowing what they really want in a candidate starting from the hiring process and not knowing when the job should be closed; hence, wasting the candidate's time accordingly.
