I applied online. I interviewed at TSA Management (Sydney) in Jan 2023
Interview
the first interview with a manager, I got positive feedback on my experience. The interview is very detailed and smooth, a bit intense, the interview manager is kind and asked good questions, and was definitely a good listener. Then followed by a psychometric assessment which includes a personality preference test which is untimed, The second is a psychometric technical test (math weighted), which is timed (36 mins). Supposedly I failed in this part, never done this kind of test before. And I run out of time to complete the whole test. It is about 1.5 min average for each one, not a, b, c & d type, need a calculation for sort of chart and arrangement based on a fast scan of a paragraph of question. This part might more suit new graduates.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TSA Management (Sydney) in Apr 2023
Interview
A screening process with the HR staff, who are very friendly and energetic to finding great people to join the organisation. Followed by a call with the hiring manager plus a junior staff and ending with a psychometric testing which was difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TSA Management (Sydney) in Feb 2023
Interview
1. Casual phone chat 2. Face to face with a sector lead 3. Online aptitude and personality test 4. Face to face with an associate director and director The interview process was really great. It was thorough and gave me the feeling that they wanted to make sure I was the right fit, and give me all the information that I needed to make the right decision for myself. I spoke to an internal recruiter throughout the process, he was very patient and gave me a good feel of the company. I ended up accepting a different offer, but this wasn't an easy choice to make. If anything changes, TSA will certainly be on the top of my list to call due to the interview process. To prepare for the interviews, just think about how you approach issues normally in your day-to-day. Remember, you're trying to see if the company if a good fit for you as much as you are for them.
