Interview
I was interviewed by a consultant that Tri-Tec hired, G.R. Heryford to help find the right candidate. The interview went well and I was asked to interview with Scott and Shane, the CEO and business manager. After meeting with all three of them on three different days I was extended a verbal offer for the position.
I asked for them to send the written offer so I could review it with my wife and make a final decision. Every day I have received another excuse to why I don't have it but it will be tomorrow. Today I was told that Monday I will have the written offer, the reason they wanted to see if they could find someone to fill the position that was willing to take a lower salary then I would accept.
I find them to be disrespectful of peoples time. Don't offer someone the position if you are going to continue your search.
