Interview
HR was very helpful and polite. Explained me about everything and told about 4 round of interview. (1)HR manager talk how you alight to a team and company, 2)tech test, 3)test presenting, 4)final discussion).
The team checked my CV and we moved to another round with HR manager and QA. After 30 min of technical/theoretical questions i dropped the interview. The questions were specifically related on my opinion to take the ideas and apply it. After the question: "Tell me about the structure on your current project, which folders do you have?" - i decided not continue. For me it is not explainable to have such questions on a round when you get to know each other especially if you plan to give technical task and after discuss it. Seems like scamming people to take the ideas, knowledge and approaches.

-How would you improve a QA process if you have a lot of hot-fixes.
-Which framework the most scalable would you use?
-Tell me about the structure on your current project, which folders do you have?
-How ofter would you perform automation tests?
-How would you behave as a Senior QA in a multifunctional team?
-Which tests do you like to automate?
etc.
The interviews were fine, they seemed pleased. However, after many rounds of interviews, they just ghosted me. Very unprofessional. I expected a generic email at least, informing me that they were going a different route or choosing someone else. But nothing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TRG Research & Development (Limassol, Limassol)

I dropped out of the process after meeting the head manager; seemed like an easy gig for juniors.
I knew this would be a bad interview, the job posting was essentially copy pasted from job postings of other company ads i saw in LinkedIn.
The assessment and questions are extremely easy, maybe childish for a senior position.

Assessment based, very few questions mostly about how you manage people or situations within a team, some basic questions you find in google...
