First phone screen, then a onsite interview is scheduled. Doesn't take a long time before you receive the result because they are always short of staff - people leave from time to time.
No specific technical questions. Basic computer savvy expected. Some knowledge of tour products and destinations needed.

Interview
After you submit the your application through email, you will receive an interview invitation. It's a one to one interview with the manager. The first 5 minutes is basically your background check. Then about 10 to 15 minutes talks about the job. They will let you know the result right after the interview.

Interviewed by the office manager. She wanted me to memorize a packaged tour right on the spot and asked me to critique their website. Then she called back for second interview for the same routine.
