The process took roughly two months an initial phone screen, a task assignment that will take you longer to complete than the timeline proposed, and a first round. The two individuals who I interviewed with had mentioned that I did not complete the assignment accurately and was not provided with enough time to rectify actions and I felt that I had to fluff an answer. Please note, these were two white women who were not impressed with my answers regarding DEI and how I would use that work in my approach to deliver services to clients. TNTP, you have highly competent and skilled candidates, do a better a job with training on implicit biases. I felt judged through the whole entire process and was asked questions, not apart of the interview process.
