I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Surrey, BC) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a multi-step process with two 30-minute online assessments, a phone screening, and a video recording before an actual interview. It took about two months between my application and getting rejected before being able to take the actual interview.

Question 1
They ask what rotation streams you are interested in.
Pretty straight forward process. Do well on the video step and you will be invited to the panel interview. Time can vary between recruitment steps but 2 weeks is usually the make or break. Final decision takes time if you are not selected right away.
Rejected and then somehow send me an acceptance again but then i never heard back from them about the role, i am so confused i get that it can be hard to manage application though.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at TELUS
Interview
I interviewed for the GTLP Software Stream. I just wanna confirm they don't discriminate against work permit holders. The process began with a video submission project, followed by an HR interview. The final stage was a panel interview. During the panel interview, both a technical leader and an HR representative introduced themselves before the session began. The interview started with a French language test, designed to assess whether I could communicate professionally in French. After that, I was asked a series of behavioral questions, along with technical questions that were presented in a behavioral style—for example, asking how I approached a specific challenge or solved a technical problem in a past experience.
Overall, the interview focused heavily on communication, problem-solving mindset, and how well you can work in a team.
