I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Edmonton, AB) in May 2008
Interview
I was an internal employee already, looking for a change of location and role. Talked with VPs in the area of interest, who had their directors call me to discuss plans and interests. A position was coming available so I applied for it and was subsequently interviewed by video conference and then in-person for a second interview which included both presentation and behavioural components. Tough questions related to the presentation, lots of objection handling and the like - as would be expected for this type of position. Nothing unexpected, really, other than the fact that it was not discussed that there would be tough questions, etc. Again, they were expected so no big deal.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Calgary, AB) in May 2015
Interview
I found the interview process at Telus to be very positive and professional. They took the time to get to know me beyond the resume and credentials. They have a people first attitude that is not only applied to customers, but to candidates as well.
There process is designed to find the best of the best which is why they are successful in hiring the top people in the industry.

Question 1
A series of questions were prepared and sent to me to present responses during the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
Typically there is a quick phone interview with the hiring manager to gauge fit and interest by the potential candidate. If they pass this "round" there will be an interview with a presentation to multiple TELUS teammembers. The content guidelines are provided in advance and the presentation is expected to be more sales-focused. Technical descriptions are good however they must be described in a way to sell the design to a customer. This is a sales supporting job.
