Question 1
Please tell me about a time you had to determine the appropriate communication strategy for the launch of a major project or process change. What was the plan and ultimate result?
Typically exhausting paint by numbers rapid fire questions that managed to be both vague and requiring complex explanation. I must have answered 20 questions in 45 minutes. No chance to take a breath, and the recruiter had obviously dismissed me as a candidate before the call even ended, looking irritated when I took 3 minutes at the end to ask my own questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
1:1 with the hiring manager, followed by a telephone screening interview with HR, then a psycometric test, followed by a panel interview where you had to present a case study and hand in a communications plan for review.
