My resume was forwarded by HR to one of the directors from one of the other positions I had applied for in the past. So there was no HR round. It was a in person interview with the Director and Manager.
Phone interview, then one on one interview with hiring manager, then panel interview with a business case to present within 24 hours after receiving it. Included reviewing data, analysing it and making a presentation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Lévis, QC) in May 2022
Interview
Good 1st interview with the HR lady basic questions about the background and the experience then 2nd panel interview a week later. No real technical questions but just situational to see how I would react in certain conditions. Received the forms for my referrals the following week then the offer less than a week later
