I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TELUS (San Salvador) in Jan 2013
Interview
They ask you for all your usernames in Social Media which I consider an invasion of privacy. Other than that it was an average interview. Typical non-tricky questions. Lack of schedules for people who work and study. They would hire you for available accounts regardless of your actual level of English.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

Question 1
To read a case study that would be followed by some questions.
It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
