two phone screenings; lesson plan presentation selected from an array of math questions. general questions about attitudes for education and why you want to work with them. They requested that interview be done in Chinese.
outsourcing found me, followed by a HR screening. The 2nd round is with the team lead. There should be a 3rd round, but I declined for proceeding. It involved in mock teaching and curriculum design.

The HR, like other reviews mentioned, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She talked like an automaton and as if she was reading from a paper.
This was the most disgusting interview I've ever had. In retrospect, I should have listened to all the negative feedback from their previous employers and avoid this company in the first place. I should save my time doing things more worthwhile than interviewing at TAL.

HR recruiter calls and asks for a brief introduction, following 3 behavioral questions. The interview ended up asking whether interviewees have questions. The whole process lasts 10 minutes. It's like an AI interview rather than an in-person conversation.
