Interview
I applied for the position, and the HR coordinator reached out to me after 3 months. After that, everything was quick. Screening call by the director of the team asked classic technical questions related to my experience, then a site interview for 3 hours where I got interviewed on behavioral and technical questions by different team leaders of the team. After that HR round and got asked for references after which I got ghosted.

Interview
Did a phone call with the team and then a virtual panel interview/ presentation of my experience. Not much direction, so I made a presentation on my own time. I thought it went great. Got asked to provide references the next week then ghosted after I sent them!
