talk to a panel of 6~8 persons including the CEO, gave an oral talk. the process lasted for about 4-5 hours. The CEO was from China, and clearly had little background in drug RD.

Interview
The position discussed in the interview was very different from the job description posted online. As described, it was much lower level and less interesting than the online posting. Interviewers were nice enough but this was a strange bait-and-switch.
