Interviewed with talent acquisition via phone. Told I would be moving to hiring manager interview. I was ghosted by the recruiter for two weeks. Then I recieved an email to schedule. Responded confirming the provided dates and times. Ghosted for 2 days, crickets. Then told they offered a candidate the job and would not be moving forward. Job req has been open for 5+ months since. So unprofessional. Creating a false narrative is hilarious.

Question 1
General regulatory questions. Recruiter wasn’t very versed. Was unable to answer anything related to the planned Ph2 filing. Could not confirm if specific ph2a or ph2b.
Initial phone screening followed by panel interview that included multiple people (multiple interviews), which took a lot of time considering the scheduling and the actual interview time. Majority of the interviewers I encountered asked good questions and were courteous, although one of the interviews felt kind of cold (i.e., no hello/basic greeting, standoff-ish/defensive). I think all companies need to remember that candidates are also evaluating the company during the interview process.
