They don’t hire people of color. Look at their people page on LinkedIn. I can understand if that culture pertains in Finland but in North America it’s shocking to see. Don’t think they’ll last a long time with that kind of culture in North America. Please don’t interview unless you want to be disappointed. Thank me later folks.

Interview
Sent the application in January, got the respond the next day. The process included 4 interviews (1.Talent Manager, 2.Head of Sales, 3.Senior SDR & CCO + additional with the Team Lead was scheduled), this took overall time about a month + couple of weeks to get the final decision, guess it was tricky to make sure everyone is able to start on the same day. Positive experience, questions asked were on point, as well as the feeling from the interview #1 that you are heard and valued.

A routine first round with the HR that went well. She told right away that she's qualifying me to the next round for an interview with their Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
I connected with CSO and he also mentioned that they'll schedule the next round.
That never happened. I followed up via email but never received any reply.
