Synchrony Customer Relations - Work From Home interview questions

Application included lengthy testing and role play scenarios. Initial phone interview was not very professional due to the fact that the recruiter called late and wasn't familiar with the questions she was asking me or the information about the position I was applying for. On-site interview was very long and included two interviewers who alternated asking scripted questions and taking lengthy notes, making natural conversation difficult. Engaging the interviewers was nearly impossible because they didn't look up from their scripts. The interviewers did a good job describing the position and what is expected.
