Symplast interview questions

What a nightmare. No wonder on Indeed it says there is an ongoing need to fill this role. The very first part of the interview is virtual, which to me is very impersonal and that shoulda been my first sign. The second interview was over the phone and it was ok, the lady was personable at least. The 3rd interview was over Zoom and that was one an absolute mess. The interviewer was unprepared and all over the place, was stalling to pull up things, would ask me questions and it was obvious she wasn't fully paying attention since she would ask the same question twice. I, of course, was understanding and patient, and she told me when I would hear back about next steps. I was never even sent a generic rejection after I had reached out for a follow-up. It's the least you can do, and they seem to be very unprofessional.

First interview was a virtual interview asking circumstantial questions, went well! Second interview was with the manager, that also went well and they said they would be in touch my Friday. Haven’t heard anything since, I reached out to follow up and have received no feedback but silence. So unprofessional!
