Symphony Devops Engineer interview questions

Both phone calls hiring manager (EMEA DevOps lead) was asking weird questions, interrupting and not listening to my replies. The most horrible interview experience in my 18 years of career in IT.

The interview process was smooth. The recruiters were kind and helpful. I loved the openness of the interviewers to share not only the great achievements but also the flaws of their systems. That shows trust and transparency with everyone. Symphony has a great product and lots of space to grow and succeed! Expect technical questions not only from engineers but also from directors and managers. The questions are nice and open to discuss solutions. It's not a "Cracking the code interview" kind.
