Fairly straightforward and quick. Questions are standard and not too difficult to answer. Mainly they are just trying to assess your competence and passion for teaching. Conveying a positive attitude and a basic level of experience in education will likely get you the job.
phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume
I wondered how good was it to work for them so I applied and landed an interview supposedly, but they never answered me. Some managers need to be aware that time is of the essence.

Interview
They will ask you about your teaching experience for different age levels, then give you scenarios that might happen during a tutoring session. They will also ask if you can multitask, because you might be tutoring 4 kids at once.
