Very chill, during COVID so over zoom. Asked simple personality questions, and whether I had any experience in the area. Asked me if I was comfortable with working in a team, and why I wanted to join.

Interview
Two managers and yourself in one of their offices to conduct formal interview for position. Questions are not difficult to answer. A basic understanding of the hospital and what the roles and duties of an operating theatre assistant/theatre porter are, will make the process easy.
If offer is provided, you are required to under go a physical fitness screening which is considered excessive and over the top compared to the realistic job activities.
