Sourcing guy just source profiles and his job is done, no reply or response whatsoever. Randomly, recruiter calls for schedule, confirm it and then reschedules at their own will multiple times. Finally interview completes with CTO, then assumes the role of "Ghost Rider". Complete ghosting for weeks with no response for a leadership role. Very pathetic behavior.
