They reached out via email for a virtual 1-hour interview. Started off with behavioural questions then technical. There were 2 coding questions and a database design question. The questions themselves weren't too bad.

Interview
I had applied on Indeed and was contacted by the Administrative Assistant/Recruiter at Switchboard by email to set up a phone interview. The interviewer let me take the lead and I described my background. Unfortunately the job was straight commission so I declined.
