Virtual call with the CEO then onsite interview day with the whole team. I presented my background, relevant experience and value to the whole organization, then had 1:1 meetings with peer colleagues and direct reports. It wasn't made super clear what the reporting structure would be, but all of the conversations were very transparent and interesting.

Employees were concerned about "work-life balance" and how a leader in the organization would both motivate folks to engage excitedly with the work to meet critical goals and promote employee wellness.
