I was successful and invited for an open day and interview on site. I had done Order Picking for the last 10 years but never in a chilled environment. Before starting the interview the manager asked if we would like a tour of the facilities to ensure I was happy with the temperature I would be working in. The interview itself was relaxed and I was able to talk about my previous experiences with Agencies. My questions were answered and I was offered a start on the shift I preferred. The training was over 4 days which I was glad for as I hadn't used headsets before. I worked for the last 6 months full time and am pleased to say I have just been offered a full time position with the company. I would like to thank Bill and the Swifttemps team at St Helens for there help and support they definitely changed my perception of Agencies for the better. Thankyou
