My first interview was with a member of their Talent Acquisition Team. It lasted 30 minutes on Google Meet, and they had their camera off the whole time while mine had to be on. The interview was very one-sided: I was asked many questions with no discussion on my answers. There wasn’t any introduction or space to talk about past experience. After the questions, I was asked to write a small algorithm. There was only one minute left for me to ask questions afterwards, which I didn’t get much value from. Two days later I received an e-mail stating that I wasn’t chosen to move forwards with no explanation at all.
