Interview
Very casual. The interview felt more like a conversation. The inteviewer was nice as well, and provided a clear description of the day to day work environment. The interview process was done by one of the employees that work in the front kiosk of Sweet Jesus while the manager tends to the bar that is attached, La Carnita.

Question 1
Was there ever a time you had a conflict with your co-workers?
Was pretty straight forward, I was asked what kind of ice cream I’d be and why which caught me off guard in a good way. I like thought provoking questions like that.
Called in for in-person interview. There were 7 other people with me. The interviewer was friendly and nice person. They were quick, so didn't had to wait for long. Next day got a call that I am hired and then they called in for paid training where they gave us tour for the workplace and explained everything about job and our roles.
